To access and retain electronic Communications, you will need a device with internet connectivity, a current web browser, a valid email address, and the ability to download, store, or print documents in PDF format.
You may request a paper copy of any Communication by contacting support@fluenx.com. A reasonable fee may apply where permitted by applicable law.
You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic Communications at any time by contacting support@fluenx.com. Please note that withdrawing consent may result in suspension or closure of your account, as Fluenx services are designed to operate electronically.
You must promptly notify us of any changes to your email address or contact information to ensure uninterrupted delivery of Communications.
